You must carefully read and understand the Terms & Conditions  before accessing, availing it’s various features and other related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as Services), which is owned and operated by Nextscreen Productions, having its place of business in Mumbai, Maharashtra India, (hereinafter referred to as “NSP”, “We” or “Us” or “Our”). NSP governs your access and use, irrespective of whether you are a visitor (browsing the Website and Services without being registered) or if you are Signing Up on our website (which means that you are registered with the Website and/or Services) (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”).  By using or accessing the Website and/or Services or by registering an account You agree to be bound by these Terms.

The contents and services provided on the Website are the property of NSP or NSP’s licensors, NSP grants You only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make personal and non-commercial use of the platform unless agreed otherwise through an agreement.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE OR ABIDE TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT THEN DO NOT ACCESS, AVAIL THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN.

1. Definition Clause:

Portfolio: 

Client: Any person or group of persons or any organization using the services of “NSP”

Audition: An interview for a role or job as a singer, actor, dancer, or musician, consisting of a practical demonstration of the candidate's suitability and skill.

Introduction: A formal presentation of one person to another, in which each is told the other's name.

Crew: Every person employed at “NSP”  

Edit: Preparing the photographs and videos for publication by correcting, condensing, or otherwise modifying it.

Shoot day: Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be designated days for Portfolio and any other required shoots.

Final product: The final photographs or videos including all kinds of edits which are required or requested by the client, will be handed over to the client which will be known as the final product by “NSP”

Client agreement: A document to be signed by the client in acceptance to the terms and conditions defined therein.

Intellectual property rights: means patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, trade marks, business names and domain names, rights in get-up, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights in designs, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how), and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world. 

2.Engagement:  

In consideration of the Remuneration, the Client engages NSP to complete the Project and deliver the Final Product, and NSP agrees to do so in accordance with the Contract and to provide such other services as may be agreed between the parties from time to time (the “Services”).

3.Payment and Refund Clause:

The client shall make a booking fee to retain the Studio to perform the services specified in the contract. In case of cancellation by the client the photography fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

4.Privacy clause:

Under no circumstances “NSP” will stand liable if the client and the crew exchange personal details. 

Any personal or professional details of the client such as phone numbers, email ID, etc. will not be shared with anyone without the client’s permission.

“NSP” assures that no one from its crew will ask for any sort of confidential details with respect to any payment details over call for any reason and the crew  will not call up to meet personally on any location other than the office or any location pre decided for the shoot.
